About Me

Growing up in a Boston suburb, my siblings and I were introduced to theatre at a young age through H.A.A.M (Hilarious Acting Around Massachusetts). From such roles as "Preschooler" and "Runaway Cow", I developed a love for being on stage. With my newfound love of arts, I looked for any way to entertain others: dancing, singing, and playing the oboe. I was able to put all these skills to good use at Camp Encore/Coda for 9 years. During my summers there, I grew as a musician, theatre-maker, and person.
Going into college, I thought I was going to leave that all behind me. However, within my first month at American University, I stumbled into an audition room and have been auditioning for shows since. In my sophomore year, I officially declared my double major in Communication Studies and Theatre Arts. Since then, I have been expanding my love of theatre from onstage to behind the scenes, having had opportunities to act, stage manage, and work in lighting during my time at AU.
In 2021, I began working at the Puppet Co. and continued to practice the skills I had developed in school and have had the opportunities to learn about ticketing software, puppet creation and maintenance, and the art of puppeteering. Since first being brought on, I have worn many hats at TPC, including Box Office Manager, Marketing Manager, puppeteer, director, and my current full-time title Production and Operations Manager.
Outside of the Puppet Co., I was a company member of Wildwood Summer Theater from 2020-2024 as well as a tenured board member for the 2024 season. As a company run by people between the ages of 14-25, I learned a lot about what it means to put on a community show and was able to encourage the next generation of performers to continue to follow their passions.
